Who you are buying from

What the service does

Forthsay asks AI models, through each vendor’s official API, the questions you choose about your market and your brand, on a weekly schedule, and stores every answer. It reports how often you were named, recommended and cited, with a 95% range on every share, keeps answers that failed apart as “not measured”, and shows the raw answer behind each number.

API answers are not the same as what a person sees in a consumer app such as ChatGPT, which can use memory, location and other settings. We say this on every report. We never script, log in to or scrape a consumer AI app.

Engines run only when we hold a working key for them; the app shows which are on. If a vendor changes or withdraws a model, we move to its nearest replacement and the receipt names the model that answered.

Price, renewal and cancelling

US$39 to US$249 a month, or less paid yearly, in US dollars. The plan renews on the same day each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Whop account; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you, at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it does.

Plan limits

Each plan covers a number of sites, tracked questions and rivals, shown on the pricing page. Runs that fail on the vendor’s side are recorded as not measured and are not re-run that week.

Refunds

The refund policy (forthsay.com/refunds/) is part of these terms. In short: the first payment of a new plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days; later payments only if the service failed.

Fair use

Track sites you own or work for, and the rivals you name. Do not use the service, the API or the MCP server to overload a website, to get around our limits, or to fetch pages you have no right to read. Free tools fetch one page per click, with a marked user agent, and refuse private addresses.

Your account and API key

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your password to yourself; one account is for one business, and you can sign out of every device from the app.

The API key in the app opens the REST API and the MCP server for your account. Keep it like a password. If it leaks, use Make a new key in the app: the old key stops working at once.

Your data

Your sites, questions, rivals, facts file and stored answers are yours. Export them as CSV or JSON from the app at any time. A read-only report link you turn on can be opened by anyone who has it, until you turn it off. We delete an account’s stored answers 90 days after its plan ends, or sooner if you ask; once no plan is running you can delete the whole account yourself from the app.

What we do not promise

Forthsay measures and helps you publish facts. It does not promise that any AI will name, recommend or cite you, and it never tries to push an AI into it with hidden text, fake reviews, bot-only pages or planted posts. AI answers change with model updates we do not control.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Forthsay’s total responsibility is what you paid in the last 12 months, and Forthsay is not responsible for lost sales or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. This version is dated 2026-11-07; the date is kept with your payment at Whop. We will tell you about changes at least 30 days before they apply to you.
